Return and Exchange Policy

At G&H Prosperity, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Please take any damaged, faulty or wrong products to our warehouse for refunds with our invoice.
• Extra fee will be requested if you need our help for the return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please take the items  to our shop by yourself: Unit 14/8-12 Natalia Avenue, Oakleigh South, VIC 3167.

Refunds

• Only the price of items will be refunded.
• Delivery fee will not be refunded.
• Extra fee will be requested if you are not able to visit our store for a refund.
• Refund will be returned as the payment method you done.
• 3-5 business days required depends on your card issuer’s policy.
